Lara Pecis

Dr Lara Pecis is Senior Lecturer in Management, Employment and Organisation at Cardiff University, Cardiff Business School, UK. Lara is interested in tackling the darker sides of innovation and entrepreneurship. Her research engages with critical theory to explore inequalities at work, with particular focus on voices from the margins. Her research is published in scholarly journals, such as British Journal of Management, Human Relations, Business History, Gender Work and Organisation, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, Organisation, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, among other contributions in edited books, and parliamentary enquiries. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, member of the Innovation Caucus, and Associate Editor of’ Culture and Organization’ and ’Gender, Work and Organisation’ journals.
