Simon Quinn

Simon Quinn is an experienced leadership consultant and executive adviser who has been supporting boards, executive teams, and senior leaders since the mid-1990s. As Director of Search & Leadership Consulting at Moon Executive Search, he works with organisations across the UK and internationally to strengthen leadership capability, enhance governance, and improve organisational performance. A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst, Simon combines expertise in leadership assessment, executive search, organisational development, and board effectiveness.
